How Does Digadget Process Returns?

You may request an exchange or refund for any item(s) purchased online within 7 days of receiving your product, provided the product is faulty or different from what was ordered. When Does Digadget Accept Returns?

1. AirPods

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Battery issues (e.g., not holding a charge).
  • Physical damage (e.g., cracks, dents).
  • Non-functional or repacked AirPods.

2. Smart Watches

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Battery or charging issues.
  • Display issues (e.g., dead pixels, unresponsive touchscreen).
  • Physical damage (e.g., scratches, broken straps).
  • Connectivity issues (e.g., syncing problems with smartphones).

3. Headphones

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Non-functional or repacked headphones.

Sound issues (e.g., no audio, distorted sound).

Connectivity issues (e.g., Bluetooth pairing problems).

Physical damage (e.g., broken hinges, torn ear cushions).

4. Other Tech Gadgets

For other tech gadgets (e.g., power banks, chargers, cables), returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Defective or non-functional products.
  • Physical damage.
  • Products not matching the description on the website.

How to Process a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Provide complete details about your complaint.
  2. Attach the following:
    • A full unboxing video of the product received.
    • A video demonstrating the issue with the product.

Note: Returns cannot be processed if the complaint lacks sufficient details or evidence.

Return and Refund Process

  1. If a defect is confirmed within the 7-day return window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost.
  2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Important Notes

  • Products cannot be returned or exchanged based on a change of mind.
  • Claims must be made within 7 days of accepting the delivery.
  • The unboxing video must include the opening of the company’s flyer and show the product being powered on.
  • No items from the box should be missing, broken, or damaged at the time of return.
  • If the returned product is found to have no valid issue after inspection, it will be sent back to the customer. If the customer refuses to accept the product, it will be discarded after 30 days to 6 months.
